Tourist Lines will postpone the date of the tour. If the client cannot join the tour, we will refund the full amount.
If the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the tour, we will refund the full amount, otherwise the customer loses the amount paid
Animals can only board with the ‘Exclusive Tour’ formula. The group excursion does not allow the presence of animals in respect of the common cohabitation and not to ‘bother’ to the other guests.

The cost of fuel is included in the ‘Tour in Exclusive’ formula and in all variants of the ‘Group Tour’.
